Hello Everybody,

I have ran into a few people over the last few years that have had husaberg motors in their quads but they where in other manufacturers chassys. I was wondering if there has been any talk about them making a husaberg quad since I have been on this site.

The only one that seems to compare to mine was the one Polaris make with the KTM motor in it but it still was not up to the speed of mine I have not rode a Husaberg newer than a 2000 so I am way out of date.

Most fo the younger generation in my neighborhood still have a hell of a time keeping up with me and I am no where near as fast as I once was. Is it just me or are the japanese brand quads not getting faster I always imagined 5-6 years ago that in a few years they would leave me behind instead of the other way around.

By the way the quad is all and well and yes I still do ride it and enjoy it

Havent been on this site for along time just wanted to check in I guess.

I ride when it is convenient and not nearly as much as I used to but every once in a while I need to get it out and get the blood flowing. It brings back alot of memories and gets my adrenaline to levels I almost forgot about.

I posted up a picture of a husaberg 400 quad once. It was a big mistake getting involved with that.
They wanted to burn it, blow it up and make a big desert party ruccus destruction episode. You get my point!
It was to no avail that I asked if I could save the motor first. Of course I was kidding, but what a fool I was  From that point I seem to have been displayed as a quad loving fool tearing up all the precious single track
throughout creation. Which is actually what I ride on with my 05 Fe650. I don't even ride quads, but it was too
late at that point defending myself. I won't say names, but I will tell you i was heavily out numbered.

So, that's my story on quads.. Good Luck !!

Hi ENFORCER4,
Haven't seen you around for a long time just as you say! I remember what a cool and rare Husaberg quad you have. It's especially awesome that she's sporting the mighty 600!

I haven't heard any rumors, myths or otherwise about Berg ever testing the quad waters since 2000. I would doubt that will ever happen with their parent company doing okay in the quad market. Yours just becomes rarer as time goes on. Nice to hear you can still whoop on many of the newer machines out there. That 600 must be a ferocious beast!

For those who are interested in all things Husaberg, check out ENFORCER4's gallery. Good to hear from you!

Hey ENFORCER,

long way from your Berg engined quad but a guy on the south coast of england races a bored out 501 engined quad, great bit of engineering and a beast of the gate. The nearest i get to the two is riding with a bunch of quads around my area, the local baddies are the 4x4's who chew up the lanes.
Check out my vid a few posts down and there are other quad vids on my you-tube page.

I think the actual displacement is 660cc Lineweaver did a bunch of work to the engine for me a few years ago can't exactly remember . I have a bad case of CRS.

Is Lineaweaver still around? Haven't heard from him in ages I would like to talk to him and say hello

I recall a quad frame manufacturer that made frames you could stick Husaberg motors in but for the life of me I cannot remember their name its been to long. I seen one in northern Michigan a couple of years ago it had a 550 engine in it he was completely shocked when he seen me pass him. He cought up to me a short while later and we talked for a long period of time I told him about this site but I have forgotten his name. Like I said CRS

He tried hard to keep up with me but with the engine modofications and my suspension setup he just could not do it. However he had a heck of a machine and we led the pack of around 8 riders that day. This was the last time I had been on a good ride for sometime.

Kinda itching to get out there and have some fun, Going to get out there and do some riding soon every time I stay off the quad for awhile it takes me awhile to get adjusted to it again and get used to the speed. my hands shake the adrenaline is pumping so well. Thats what got me addicted to Husabergs in the first place.

Hopefully I can make it to a ride someday and meet some of the great people on this board.
