Bike bandit has has part listings for 2002 and 2004 husabergs but no 2003??? when it comes to air filter, wheel bearings, sprokets, ect... is the 2002 or 2004 all the same???

The consumables should pretty much be the same. I'm not sure about the wheel bearings as they changed in 03 or 04.
You might want to consider using a dealer for parts. Motoexotica is really good about stocking and shipping parts quickly.

thanx for the info. it looks like lots of the parts on my 03 are same as the 02. Stuff like the front hub on my 03 is new for 03 but it looks like the 04 has the same hub. I down loaded the 02 and 04 parts manual from the husaberg site. In 2004 it looks like they went to a whole new parts numbering system, but at the end of each part number (in all the manuals) it appears that they put the year the part first came out. And lots of the of part numbers refer back to 03 or previous years.... So that is a great help.

welcome to UHE mate and hope you enjoy it here (and ahoolsema).

essentially the 2003 is the same as the 2002. it is the last year of dell orto, last year of SEM ignition but at least you get the big wheel axle up front. for a fairly good description of the changes go to the doc on the left of your screen and look at year models and changes (whatever).

regards

Taffy
