I live in Appleton, but do most of my riding up north around Mountain, WI where my familys cottage is.

You should have bought that thing last summer! I was in green bay 3 times with my sister, who was going going to school there, this year she'll be in madison...The closest ill get this year will be to rapids, i am planning a couple trips with my aunt and uncle this summer, they just got a plot for there camper and atv's right next to the start of some trail or something, i think to ride the trail your bike has to be plated though, if your interested i could pm you before we go, i am sure we could beat the dnr in a foot race if needed......actually mines plated and legal, i might just let you run and say i don't know you. :lol: there are other trails for not plated near by.....

Mine is all converted to street legal already and has a clear street legal title. So yeah I'd definately be down for doing some riding with a fellow Husaberg owner. I also have a couple other friends that would probably be down with going to, my cousin has a street legal ktm 530 excr and a ktm 300 mxc, and one of my good friends bought my cousins ktm 450 smr which is also street legal. He just picked up some dirt rims for it and tires. It should be a really fun summer!
Milwaukee checking in, i just got a 07 fe550, and that thing is way to loud, i an going to repack the muffler ( i know i must be getting old) but the little power i lose its worth the piece of mind. Going to baja in a couple of weeks, so will let you guys know how the ride turns out. If anyone is interested there re a bunch of us riding in the up over memorial weekend, i think up by Marquette.
I would be totally down for a ride in the U.P. I'm sure my cousin would bring one of his KTM's too, and my other buddy would probably be down for bringing his KTM.
Also I just picked up the bike today and it looks like it already has an aftermarket muffler on it. Haven't heard it yet because I had to pull the carb off to clean it all out. Need to wait until Monday to go pickup a little oring that goes on the start jet before I can put it back together. Then slap it together, fresh gas, new spark plug and hopefully she fires!!! It has plenty of compression so I'm pretty sure it was just from the tarnish on all the jets. Got them all nice and clean now.
I can't wait to go rip around on it while it's still nice out!
