This might be the ticket to help cure overheating.

If I didn't have so much on my plate right now I would order one up and try it on my 05 450 but the real test would be on a 650.

A little on the pricy side. Also doesnt appear to have any cooling fins to aid in temp reduction. As far as I can tell my oil temp is not that accessive. I also run that Two2cool which seems to help. I could see where 800cc of additional oil would help. It would just turn my $10 a ride oil change into a $20 ride oil change :(
 
I havnt run Delo since they changed the formula. I sure it will work fine in the winter.In the summer I hedge my bet with Motrex 10/50 full synthetic.
 
The Joe Racer Oil Cooler is designed more for KTM's and indeed takes the place of one of the two oil filters. Since Husabergs lack this oil filter redundancy, that would mean giving up the Berg's single oil filter.
