JBS 700 crank tool

Hi, ive got a JBS 700 in my workshop i would like the obtain the 6 pin tool to remove the retainer plates on the main bearings, can the cases be split with those retainers in place or do they need to be removed. Thanks in advance ORANGEBERG

I saw one of those cases at DCR (dave clarke)

I don't think you need to remove the plates to split the cases but i might be wrong contacting DCR is the best option as i am sure he has done a few

Also the case he had with the JBS job had a tiny crack.
What he explained to me was that yes you can put a bigger bearing but then the case just crack on the bearing.
I did spoke to him about this as i was looking to make some cases from billet and wanted to see what JBS has done

I had a tool made by a mate. The engine was split when I bought it and the bearings and plate were in place...
I can get a pic of tool we made later. If you replace the bearings they will need to be modified.
