We I finally got to ride my new 2003 FE400 on dirt last evening! Put 2.5 hours on it after picking it up at the dealer, and loved it :supergrin:
The dealer got the job done (though it took a little longer than the eager rider wanted) and the dealer said Husaberg (BMG) was very supportive. I think a hidden/masked comment from the dealer was they miss BMG for the KTM Support they used to provide.
The reason the coolant was leaking into the crankcase was two of the three orings on the cylinder sleave were snapped and the third was nicked. All during factory installation.
So I'm now happy again
