I may be wrong but you're obviously getting power to the relay.
However, it doesn't seem to transition to the starter motor.
I would firstly try and put your bike on a trickle charger over night (see if that gives it a bit extra power to transist to the starter motor).
If that doesn't work (which I font think it really will but its worth a go), I would replace your relay as they can sieze / malfunction.
I only have a kickstart berg but I had a DT that done the exact same thing so I just kicked it everywhere until I replaced the relay
