Is it 2010 or 2011 fe570?

Hi All.
Im looking at buying a fe570. Question i have is -
It has a manufacture date of 7/2010. Does that make it a 2011 model. It has blue fork leg covers (i think that might have been white un 2010 )
Any other differences i could look for?

Easiest to look for is if it's open or closed WP forks.

Open = 2010
open+cartridge+fork+caps


Closed = 2011

My fe570 is a 2010 build bike but is the 2011 model and has blue fork covers along with closed forks.
 
Here's how they looked like out of the box, in most cases in most markets :)
