Intermittently dies on hard/full throttle

I have a 2010 FX450, used primarily for Supermoto. I have been chasing an intermittent dying issue for a while now...and now I'm asking for help.
Typical scenario...bike is warm/hot, idles fine and will run fine if I short shift, keeping revs below say, half throttle. When given full throttle, the bike die, leaving me coasting, clutch pulled in, for s second or two, then it'll fire up again.
I don't have to hit the starter to get it to restart.
New parts:
Fuel pump, tip over switch, plug cap & spark plug.
It has a JD jetting fuel programmer which was programmed by JD himself, on his dyno. TPS voltage set. It never died on JDs dyno?!!
Yesterday was my first race with the new pump (installed after the dyno run)
I got through two practice sessions (10min each) and a heat race before it started dying again.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?
Can the Injector actually fail when hot?
I've heard of coils failing when hot, but again...it only dies for a second or two, and as long as I'm still moving it'll restart on it own. I can't determine now if it's fuel starvation or an electrical issue.
Hoping for some suggestions on other things to check.
One note- the problem seemed to start after a high side (not too fast and bike was fine)
I'm typically pretty good at troubleshooting/diagnostics, but this one stumps me...and it only ever happens in "race situations" when I running it hard.
(Yet, it ran fine on the dyno. I have run it with and without tuner as well...no difference as far as the cut out issue)

Have you replaced the original 10 micron fuel filter with a 20 micron one. The 10 micron filter is know to swell up every warm, reducing fuel flow, hence starving the bike when at WOT?

how come you haven't asked JD this?

a consistent misfire at WOT is a sign of a very rich condition.

JD is an ol' mucker of mine so not a bad word from me...... but.....

The FX didn't come with the tiny cone filters in the connectors/lines. I pulled everything to confirm. I did install an inline, stainless steel, serviceable filter and will be looking at that tonight to see if anything is in there.

This one is a real headscratcher...

Hey Taffy.
I took it to JD's home shop and we ran it on his dyno, where he personally programmed the tuner. This was after he was kind enough to set the voltage on the TPS. He ran the piss out of it, and it never missed a beat. Just like at the track yesterday, I ran two practice sessions, and two heat races without an issue.

I have similar problem with my fe450 2004. Dies under load and will restart only if engine stops spinning. Found little scratches inside magnet and conclusion is that main bearings have to much radial play and magnet is dancing under load and will touch stator and make short circuit. Will disassemble engine next week...

Still no love...

The saga continues...
Installed a new coil, plug wire, already had a new cap and plug as well.
Installed a new pulse encoder at the track in July...nope.

Thought I'd hit paydirt when I found the fuel line kinked/folded like a cheap garden hose just off the throttle body where the hose loops/turns and heads back toward the tank. I installed a hard 90deg elbow at this point...and it's still cutting out.

Went racing last Saturday...and IT'S STILL CUTTING OUT! UGH!
For the hell of it, I even tried a one piece line from the tank to the injector, thinking it "might" be the CPC connector, maybe...nope.

To look at next...
Someone with similar symptoms mentioned a diode they found with corroded contacts just above the throttle body...will look at that. I'd like to figure out what it actually does in the electrical system. (looking for schematics now)

Will also be checking the EFI Voltage regulator.
Will be trying a different injector as well.

One more race this season, in three weeks...hoping to get it sorted by then.

To be continued...
