I'm sorry, but it was 40 degrees outside.

Well, that is indeed one perspective. I on the other hand prefer the original technical format. Do not get me wrong, I truly appreciate attractive women, however, as the father of two girls (one of which an accomplished racer herself) I find such a depiction out of place and a bit silly. Alas, that is why I am not in charge of marketing. :)

Dale is right.

I'm afraid that I agree with Dale on this matter.
I would be happy to supply anyone who is interested with pictures of the pretty girls who I photograph. But Dale is right regarding the purpose of this forum. I only posted that picture to show loyal Husabergites that we are working on getting the bikes into more magazines. And as Dale does note, that's part of marketing.

So let's keep it technical here, and if anyone wants to see some skin, you may PM or email me, and I'll refer you to my personal portfolio, which is open to the public.

Cheers,

Brett Saunders

I agree that we need some more of this-somewhere-I am an avid lover of beautiful women and beautiful bikes (Husaberg). And I would love to see some more of the former on more of the latter but personally I would really like to keep it PG-13 rated on this site. Keep it "work safe" and "kid friendly". I would hate to see this site go the way of TT - For a while there I had to be very careful while looking at TT just because of the Avatars that they allowed. I think they have changed the format and it does not allow some of those avatars any more, but dang some could almost be called soft ****. Which is fine if you don't have kids who want to know what your reading all the time.

I know it is difficult to agree on what is appropriate because everyone has their own ideas of what that is. but take for example the picture above. I think it is fine (really FINE 8O ) But it really pushes the limit for what i expect from this site. much more skin or not as classy and personally I think it would definitely cross the line for a site we want anyone to be able to look at WHENEVER they have a question about bergs.

Personally I think that the members here for the most part are pretty mature both mentally and physically- I don't know to many under 25 y/o that ride bergs (although with more brand recognition that will change) fortunately this site is dedicated to Bergs only so much of the riff raff from other sites will not find us very interesting.

Just my .02

And to whomever has the pleasure of knowing or owning either of the splendid items in the pic... well

Dale, well put.

Wow, you guys blew my comment way out of proportion. Relax. Yes, this is a technical forum, and it should stay that way. It's just nice to see stuff like this when it is so easy to see it whilst mounted on our competitors. Kudos to the marketing.

Hey Parsko- I was not trying to attack you- infact initially i thought "hey now we are getting somewhere" I had actually been looking for some not to risque photos of the female persuasion on Husabergs for my own personal collection but had not been able to find them. believe me i am just as red blooded as you are

BUT after i thought for a moment- i realized that i like to be able to pop onto this site while the boys are doing their home work at the same desk and it would be easier to not have to explain myself to them or to my beautiful wife. Hey maybe i can talk her into posing for a few shots on my berg... for my own personal collection of course.... YA Right that'll be the day.....

I have to agree with Dale and the others with his opinion. This site should be kid&work-safe.

However, as someone else mentioned, I would love to see some great pics of the second most beautiful thing on the planet. (yeah, girls come in on a strong second place  ) so please Supermototeam can you redirect me via PM or something to that portfolio you were talking about :p

Another thing I love about this kind of forums are the really flipped out comments about pics like this. "where does the handguards come from" and "poor brickwork" and so on.
My comment would be "how have you in the states already got a hold of a 05-bike? The plastic ain't so hard to come by but the swing arm would be. It always sound like you have to wait longer for them than us"
