Ignition Coil Wire - Can It Unscrew?

I have a intermittent bog/missfire on my '09 FE450. I am almost certain it is the plug cap. The brass screw piece that plugs into the spark plug was loose. I unscrewed it, had a look, reinstalled the spring, check it with a meter and no connectivity. I took it apart again, and noticed something rattling around inside, its seems broken.

Anyway, I would liek to replace it with one if these:

They work really well, look good, and I can get one quickly.
My question is can the plug wire unscrew from the ignition coil or will I need a connector to splice it in?
I know some coils you can unscrew the wire, some are molded in. Which one does the Berg have? I don't want to try unscrewing it and destroying the coil.

Thanks

is 90 degree a good idea really?

try 135 or 180 but 90? I don't think so....
