Counter balancer slightly out? Vibrates abit at high revs not sure if it is normal or not cause i have changed gearing straight after rebuild? Went from 16/45 to 15/45.

the 650 does vibrate a bit anyway ...
as it has just been rebuilt i would check all the nuts and bolts , pay attention to the engine mounts . don't forget the swingarm bolt/ nut .
check the bolts around the cylinder area also .

It doesnt vibrate off the side stand or anything... just abit up in the higher revs
