As i read some were on this site all husaberg come jetted to rich from the factory. I have decided to try to jett my carb to get better fuel economy, and do the BK mod. This is what my carb has in its gut.

160 Main
200 main air (MAJ)
45 pilot
100 pilot air (PAJ)
fuel screw 2.75 turns
needle OBEKR 6th from top.
85 starter

It runs rather well , the front wheel pops straight up in the air on the second gear roll on test and i want to keep it like that. This is what i,am going to use as a starting point

160 main
165 main air (MAJ)
40 pilot
75 pilot air (PAJ)

My question is where should i have the clip on he OBEKR needle and where do you get MAJ and PAJ
Any comments are well appreciated.

lower the needle (raise the clip) as much as possible till the bike coughs when you grab a handfull out of 3rd gear corner then go back one clip

MAJ and MJ solder up the hole and redrill to the size you want, drillbit goes in the vice, the jet goes in the drill. or get them from any bike shop or online. ebay UK has heaps.

I have just a hint of hesitation on the big hills when I hook up. Only at high rpms. i'm thinking the same deal should work, right?
02 520 fork seal , will it work ?
