why, why, why doesn"t sumbody make a slimline tank to drop the cg and give the bikes a smaller more flickable feel? Im,e sure most owners would buy 1.

There is a slim tank coming, available through Husaberg parts, around Christmas time.

Check with your dealer then for availability

Care to share yor source of information about this???

Hi All
I was at D.C.R. the UK importer last monday, he also said that a slim tank was coming soon. About 7 litres in size, personally i think they`ll sell them all, the bike has been crying out for one for ages :wall:

Sounds great. Then we won't have to buy the omeromoto alu.

Will the new one fit with the 06-07 shrouds or is there any chance of new shrouds as well.
Colours??

I can't imagine needing a slimmer tank. But I'll take 3 larger ones...

TRUE THAT!!
The slim fit is for the guys that go round and round, not from here to there eventually

Just a Guess-T-Met, I'd say it's about 10:1 for bigger not smaller. People want to ride their 'bergs, not hangout at the truck... :D

yor obviously not a racer powercell, each n to their own i suppose, anywhow have u thought about getting an auxillary tank made out of alloy to fit neatly underneath the seat re-airbox space 4 those long haul trips, either that or trade in at occ choppers! from tight n twisty england.

I do have the factory aux tank. It definately helps, but like many who ride the desert, we need a good 150 mile range. It's not uncommon at all to ride 300 to 500 miles in a day here (and never see your truck... )

ItFair comment m8, thats a good blast out ,no wonder u need a 750, i like the idea of riding in the dunes, unfortunately we dont have many,we usually do 3 hour hair n hound events n things get really tight through the woods, anyhow good luck in the desert n keep it upright! Ps. check out our boy, David Knight next year, coming to the usa to give some riding lessons!

Maybe in the states there is a 10:1 'cause you do a lot of desert riding. Here (Europe) however we don't have the same need for long range. At least in Sweden I'm guessing that some 50% of all ads you see are SM bikes = 20minute races or shorter hooligan raids in town.

I want a smaller, slimmer tank that holds some 5liters and I want it in blue, black and yellow so I can design my own bike just the way I want it 8) :D

Do note that I also want a, what, 20 liter tank so that we can see more 'Bergs in races like the Baja etc

I yeah, uv,e hit the nail on the ed jocke, both bigger and smaller tanks, theres obviously a market 4 both, if yor charging u need to get yor nuts on the gas cap, there or there abouts! after all these things can make a big difference, karlsson cant be wrong. nice trophy m8
