Indeed! Both Rick and Dan are awesome and if it can be sourced, they'll find it!

Though, my last conversation with Dan at Motoxotica confirms that KTM is drastically ramping down availability of parts for the Bergs from 2004-2011 (basically, all unique berg stuff). Still available but the wait is much longer and some stuff is simply not available.

Taffy has parts made in limited runs for bergs of that vintage (con rod kits, flywheels, other stuff I'm sure - I don't own an older berg so I just kind of skip over to the stuff that applies to my bike). Try to cath him when he has some inventory. Lately, he was doing a run of flywheels for the 90's bergs. Hell, even if I didn' need one I'd do what I could to have one on the shelf. I've ordered a number of things from Taffmeisters with no problem. Only complaint is the reality of distance . . . shipping may take awhile . . . and I'm usually impatient when it comes to parts.

I can get 99% in the engine still.

I can't see how Dan and Boss can now be the same as Taffmeisters. I am having so much stuff made that there must be loads they don't do.

I have the following made or am unique in holding I BELIEVE!
rocker bushes
rocker pins
cam follower bearings
certain valves
valve seats
little end bush for the 400
pin & bearing set @30mm

last month I started selling a delux gasket set which includes all the O rings and the seals.
I do carb spruce up kit.

FWIW for those who can be bothered to organize things or just love DIY for teh sake of it

bronze bushing are easy to make

rocker pins are same as oem 2008 exhaust pin part just need holes and plugs

cam follower bearings for old engines search for old posts on the husqy CFBs

Kibblewhite do valve seats (I just put some in) and valves to order at a very reasonable price or use spanners modified Subaru ferreas $25 each

gaskets to go has had all the 08 gaskets patterned for years
