One year ago i swapped my honda cbr for a husaberg fs 650.
Untill 2 months i’ve never had any problems with it.
Now the problem is as follows:
In the last two months, it has happened several times that i go out for a ride (mostly 30-60min), i shut off the bike at a friends place or somewhere else. When i would like to take off again (after 30min), i can’t start the bike anymore, looks like the spark is gone that moment. Normally i’ve allways been able to start the bike with one kick. And when riding i feel no problems, bike rides like a train.
First time it happend i noticed that one of the yellow wires was damaged by rubbing the chassis, i fixed it but the problem didn’t go away. Second time i noticed the cable to the spark plug was a bit loose, fixed it again but the problem still occurs. Third time i changed the spark plug but it still occurs.
Later, i noticed that the ground cable from battery to chassis shows a bit burned, like there was a spark in the cable, i don’t know if it was allready there but that was the first time i noticed (probably from the first time when the yellow wire rubbed the chassis).
Now is the question, where can i look to solve the problem?
