Husaberg FE570S shortage

I went riding with a friend yesterday and let him ride my FE570S. He has been infected wwith the Husaberg 70 Degree bug and is interested in buying one now. Well, I decided to help him out and look on the internet for one last night. I can tell you this, for all the bitching about fuel systems, electrical issues, and countershaft splines, there isn't a lot of used ones for sale. I couldn't find one. Everyone must be happy having them sitting around in their garages gathering dust.

Yeah, mine gathers a lot of dust . . . or mud, or sand, or whatever I'm riding in. Going to gather about 1200 miles worth in Baja next week! 2500 miles on it so far and zero problems, 2011 FE570. I did do the sock filter and upgraded to the Golan filter when new. Had the fuel pump out last weekend (for a failed project, not a failed pump) and it is the brown topped one. Is that supposed to be the "good" one?

The brown topped one is supposed to be the better pump, i just recieved my new pump from Husaberg Australia for my 2010 FE570 and it has the brown top. My bike previously had the black top pump and i had nothing but trouble with it! Hopefully i can get into some decent riding now without fear of fuel pump problems!
