I have a 570 was stiff to get into 5 th ,
And when it did ,it jumped into neutral
Opened the engine , found the shift roller aluminium guide worn or deformed where the 5-6 shift fork has to do its bit
Its shift roller and gears appears to be a common ktm part on that shaft all gears that now has little burrs on the dogs now
I want to replace all the gears that have any sign of damage
Can anyone suggest a place I can buy and import to Australia ,as parts here seem to be gold plated (cost)
Can't find much on e Bay anymore for bergs
Would like a piston and rings and head gasket kit too
Any ideas on a reasonable priced supplier .?
