Hello reading this forum for a while but this is my first post as i have found all the answers i needed without asking up until now but now I'm stuck.

I have a Husaberg FE450 from 2009 with 101 hr on the clock that cranks but wont start. Last time i used it it started almost perfect and had no where behavior.

So what do i know at this point.

I have changed the fuel injector and The plug is wet so there is fuel coming to the cylinder.
I found that the pulse generator was bad but is changed now, have new plug and it is correctly gapped.
I just made a valve adjustment so they are in spec.
I have recharged the battery so it stays above 10.5 volt when cranking.
I have adjusted the TPS so that it has at 0.64 volts when idling.

The engine cranks fine and i have no error codes. it some time gives a poping sound from the exhaust.

I don't really know what to check try next any suggestions would be welcomed.

Best Regard.

Check for spark at plug. Any throttle at start the computer won’t let run! This happen to on the trail till I took my resting hand off the throttle. Stop switch might be ground/earth Just guessing.

Found the problem.

Was a valve that did not close as it should. Really weird.

after all this i should maybe write a error searching guide from the perspective of one new to engines. i think i would be good for all us new ones here.

anyway thanks for the help.

Could you tell the valve was not closing when checking valve clearances or did you have to remove the head to see that?
