Cheers all!
I'm relatively new to hard enduro and I have an opportunity to buy a Husaberg FE450 2004 from a friend.
The bike is in relatively good shape and I have been doing oil and filter changes for the past two years.
I have also swapped swingarm bearings (thanks again Taffy!), wheel bearings, shock bearings and did valve adjustment once or twice on that bike. Two and a half years ago the PPO did a complete rebuild at a shop of which I know the owner and trust him in doing a good job. After the rebuild the bike has around 110 hrs of mild enduro riding.
The price is 2700€ but keep in mind that here in Croatia we're not in the EU so comparing prices is worthless.
What do you think?
How many hours of riding is the bike capable before the next major work from your experience?
The bike would need a set of brake pads in the future and a set of sprockets and a chain in near future....
Thanks!
M.
