Hi All,
Back after a decade (Husados)
I'm going to start the hunt of purchasing a FE 550 or 650.
I use to have a 05 FE550 / 650 and absolutely loved it.
What was the year range of that model before the bent engine.
I did a quick search 2002 to 2008 is that correct.
The reason I'm asking is if I can not find a complete bike I'm happy to start by purchasing parts with in the year range.
Start off with a frame and go from there.

they made the 550 and 650 from 2001 to 2003 and then again from 2004-2008. The engine was a 644 from 200-1004 and a 628cc from 2005-2008. So 2004 was the old crank in the new engine. you need to look up 'Reference' above and go into the Owner's Doc.
