Hi, i am looking at a cheap husaberg fe 650 and it is locked in first gear the reason why it is cheap. I was wondering if this is a normal problem whit these bikes and what is normally the reason why it is locked in first gear and what do I need to do to fix it?
Changing gaskets would probably be a good idea then since I will need to open the engine completely to get to the gear selector fork?
A too long sump plug jambs up the gearbox as I discovered when installing a Timesert thread insert after stripping the original.
Ust got the bike and fixed the problem in 2-3hours was as taffy said just clean the gear selector fork works fine now. But the sealent for the water pump was bad does anyone know where I can buy this ore complete water pump repair kit whit fast chipping to Norway?
