Dears,
I'm new in the forum, and I'm really interested on Husaberg machines.
I'm 43, intermedate rider, family and not much free time.
I ride twice per month, therefore enduro is one of my hobbies.
I owned in the past XR 250, XR 650R and recently sold my KTM 525 EXC (wornderful bike) and now I want to buy another bike and keep it in the garage as a toy.
I'm searching 4T enduros bikes, and I have the oportunity to buy a Husaberg FE400 2000, no e-start, 6 speeds, very low hours in the engine, only one owner and he is 46 years old. This looks like as good deal, and the price is great too.
I read a lot information about the Bergs, and it seems to be very good bike but after KTM took the production of them, in 2004, they changed stator and carb.
Now I have to deal with the idea of buying and nice, well maintained bike, but I'm concerned about maintenance and repair parts, I do understand that we have to follow a scheduled maintenance, and don't care about it, but I don't want to return walking from the trails because the bike doesn't want to fire up.
I leave you a link a video of the bike.

I really appreaciate your advice.
Best regards
