Husaberg FE 390 clutch problems

Hello everyone

I'm new here and not really strong at English I have a Husaberg fe 390 2010
And have a clutch problem when I log into first gear clutch is not so good and the bike separates retrograde forward with you to help even have a video I would be very happy Thank you all and sorry for my good non-English.:)
