Hallo husaberg fans.

I have a problem with electric on my bike Husaberg Fe 501 2000 and i need help.Bike has not spark.I change CDI and Statot too,but still nothing.But there is something which i dont understand.I buy stator with 4 cables- red,green,black,grey and 3cables- blue,yellow,yellow.My question is if i have these type of stator I must have CDI or ICU?
And if I have only CDI can i something change son it,i think plug grey cable maybe on black cable from CDI? Sorrymfor my is electric something crazy.

hello

stator should always hacve just 6 wires. red, green and black are one family and yellow, yellow and blue are another.

the Ignition Module (CDi) has either 5 wires for kickstart or 7 wires.

5 wires
orange is kill or earth
black is earth from CDi
red, green and black for the stator.

if you have 7 wires it is for the electric start and you'll have:
orange is kill or earth
black is earth from CDi
red, green and black for the stator.
grey wire
white wire

to start the bike fit just red, green, black this si all. then kick very hard with the plug in the cap and laying on the cylinder head (for earthing)

you must kick hard and fast, nt one or other but BOTH!!!

I have stator with 7 cables,and resistance are between grey and green 168 ohm.And I have cdi Tm 14-05.It is good combination of stator and CDI? Because I read that grey cable is something like Hi/Low map switch co I can plug in into grey cable from controler or switch on renthal.Simply,you say I musnť plug in this grey cable?
 
the stator doesn't have 7 wires. the stator has 6 wires.

the ignition module has 7 wires. yes the grey wire controls Hi/Lo but really, unless you are in deep, deep mud it really is about as much use as tits on a bull!

what is the red to black resistance in ohms? 1750?

No.Really I have stator with 7wires.Green,black,grey,red - it´s one group of wires on stator and 2yellow and 1 blue wire- it´s another group.Maybe this stator can be some rebulit or something, i dont know.But from stator really go 7 wires.And I don´t understand why is there grey cable. When I measure ohm between cable, ohm between green-black or green red are nothing.But when I measure ohm between Grey cable and green there si 168Ohm.Maybe it can be something like earth fot pick up coil but I don´t know for sure.
 
we need a photo but this doesn't sound good. i think it is the wrong stator.

I solve a problem,grey cable was something like earth for pick up coil,so i plug it with black earth wire into cdi on one black wire and it takes spark,bud now my question is.Now must I do somethinh with idle or mixture screw because bike still not start.
 
Yes I look it at first.It´s dry.So I clean carburateor,every jet and set on factory setting,mixture screw on 1 and half turns and idle screw 2 runs,but nothing.All jets are clean because I had some fuel on side of carburateor which goes into air filter.I don´t know what is problem.But when I kick maybe 20 times,moto shot into exhaust,so maybe I muss set stator better?
