Are those KTM parts retrofitted? Looks good.

It was an E-line header guard for a ktm, and once I had cut the section off to make the header guard for my new ride... I just couldn't bring myself to throw away the remaining piece. So after test fitting it in several locations I found that it had the perfect contour for the shock reservoir. Then I simply drilled a hole and took a rotary file to make the hole just the right size to still access the adjustments for the shock. It would seem as though it was just meant to be. The header guard was right at $100 bucks when I purchased it, And now to get a two trick pieces out of it makes me giggle. Cheers.

Great pics, thanks for posting them, Do like the header guard, got me thinking NOW !!

I have not ridden with it yet, but it looks good and will keep my riding gear from becoming "ventilated". It will protect from side impacts....say for some reason I were to fall over ...and over ...and over.
