I am finally here.
I feel like I'm on a Chevy Chase Vacation only it is real life. My computor bonked and then someone dug a big hole and cut my telphone line, so my internet time as of late ( as you have well noticed) has been nonexistant.

Thank you for posting this up and for the instruction. And sorry for the delay in responding.
Calsons Bike #150 had the Akrapovic exhaust, large header pipes, and even larger can.
The tank was handbuilt in Italy for less than what it costs to buy an aftermarket plastic tank. And NO it is not available. I tried, dead end street.
The factory bikes and the race team rental bikes had the KTM fender exstension in place of the OEM dorky thing. Looks good, serves the rule book and does not hang to the ground or fall off. Simply zip tied into place.
NOBODY from Europe ran steering stabalizers. That good factory WP suspension must work.
Bjorne's bike is sitting in his work area, just prior to reimpounding before for the final moto, which did not happen. Notice that he has mounted another new rear tire, just for the moto. The tire he replaced only had 70 km on it. A sign of their commitment and how many seconds after 6 days of racing a tire can make in the final moto.

Sign Works in Fort St John, British Columbia made my graphics. High quality. I'll find their website address and post it.

The 505 uses a 100 mm piston with a custom 64 mm (?) crank. Similar hp as the 550 but lighter feeling. They use a programable ignition, so they can change the power curve to suit the terrain or rider.
Has anyone looked at the new 250 KTM factory bike? Very bergish.
Apparently some big thunder to come from the Scandinavian gods in a year or two.
