Husaberg 450 fe 2008

Hi have problem with my husaberg I found some metal in the lower filter, and after I split the engine found out it came from the kick-axle. Where it had been some how been rubbing against the casing.
I wonder what I shall do so it not happening again ??

if the sledge plate looks ugly (say; yes) then may as well get new. then fit the sledge plate with a 1mm washer behind each end. use loctite.

It's look fine. Just a little scratch in it, it's deeper in the casing. I guess because it's a softer material. But you ment I can put a thin washer behind it to prevent this. Do this problem happened often on these engines???
