hi

I,m thinking of buying a husabreg 650fs 2005 model as one has up for sale near me so my question are .......

what do look for?

what should I pay for it he is looking for 3300 euros

are they rare ?

can you get parts?

Thanks ed

it must start swithiout rattles. it must start and not smoke.
3,300 is a lot for one. I reckon that unless it is the dogs bollox and been rebuilt that you should be looking for just over E2,500
parts are OK but in one year we aren't sure what will happen as the factory will no longer be obliged by law to supply parts for them.

I am producing most items that they don't.

yes they are rare.

Thanks for the reply Taffy

I was thinking around the the €2500 mark as it looked like it had been raced at some point.
And there was no history with it

I it's been sold now so the hunt is on now for another one!!!

Would you know any for sale around the the 2005 vintage with a v5

Thanks ed

No not right now I don't sorry! I have a really nice 2003 and we have videos of it.

I had a man call at the weekend who had paid £1,500 for a 1996 MX engine in an enduro frame which I thought was a lot and the engine eats oil and leaks before he has even ridden it.

people want top money for them yet they haven't put a grand in the engines....or anywhere. just giving you my take on the absurdity of it all.
