Husaberg 2003 Fe650 Broken teeth in engine

I just bought a Husaberg FE 650 2003. And Some teeth are broken on the clutch hub. And two theeth on the free wheel inner sprocket. (And the kickstart shaft is broken)

What KTM parts fits? And should i just buy a slipperclutch?

what happens is that the clutch basket teeth that are damaged will break off the freewheel gear teeth EVERYTIME until you grind all the high points that are damaged off the basket teeth. and remember, a tooth is like a man's jaw: if you hit one side it is the 'unseen' opposite side that now juts out. that is the danger point.

you must be absolutely certain that you have a 2001 or that you have a 2002-2008. the easiest way is to look behind the two similar gears (crank and intermediate) for their part numbers. if you have a 2001 you can't get the freewheel gear for the electric starter anymore. they have finished making it.

13 theeth inner free wheel and 47 on the outer hole...
The seller told me its a 2003.... And it stands in the papers... But... The enginenumber is not there... maby the side cover have been switched...??
Yes the seller just replaced the freewheel... But not the clutch...

only number in the engine i can see is 0216 upside down. between the kickshaft and the clutch house

100% correct. it is the cut of the teeth. mix these two and you get a dreadful 'whine' in the engine.

as I say, the best way to tell is to remove either oif the two gears and look at the part numbers on the back of them. if you have no whine, you break the teeth then you look at the part number on the back of either of the gears and read your parts book.

it is difficult to think that someone selling a 2003 engine has some parts from 2001 in it? but when you start it: YOU WILL HEAR IT!

It sounded great... Until the awfoull sound of the theeth rambling around...

Do you mean that i should devine the engine in the middle, so the gears come out in daylight??
 
Its a 2003 because the drainplug came in 2004, and i have two oildrainingplugs. One with a magnet and one with a filther...
 
I have a 2007 FE650 and it has a drain plug with a magnet, plus a drain plug with a screen filter.
