Where are we supposed to buy plastics for our old Bergs?

Pretty pissweak that I have ordered 2008 model plastics and they're discontinued :(

I have a 2004 in yellow, but have tried yellow and black shrouds for all the different year models and rear gaurds and nothing is available any more.

And as far as I am aware no aftermarket companies reproduced the plastics...

Headlight, front fender and fork protectors are fine since they're fairly universal, but I'm stuck with faded & scratched radiator shrouds and rear fender.

I have a 12 year old bike that I cannot even buy parts for now :(

Maybe we need to approach Acerbis/Polisport/UFO to make some plastic kits for us.

I have been thinking about trying to retrofit a KTM rear fender, and custom making an alloy fuel tank to fit some KTM/RMZ/YZF shrouds
 
Dealers can still get plastics, except the black rear part. The guy I buy my stuff from told me that those are not possible to get new.
 
you can get plastics. don't buy the front mudguard or the seat pan from outside the USA as the sheer bulk knocks the post up.

Good luck with that ..i've talked to all of them... they wont even make them for the newer bergs ..even though polisport was the OEM manufacturer for the newer plastics..not sure who made the older ones

acerbis I'm pretty sure.

Ideally, you'd get the blessing of the factory to take over their moulds but I asked and the MD who, acknowledged the request but i have heard nothing since and that was a year ago.

or just let us know what you need in classifieds. I have some 04-05 plastics and some others too. just let me know what you need and I'll check.
