I removed lockwasher and nut and the hub does not just come right off like implied in manual. how do I remove clutch hub and basket without breaking anything? any advise would be appreciated Sorry it is a 2006 fe 650

if you've removed the 27mm nut and the lockwasher than the inner clutch hub should slide right off. Maybe try tapping the inner clutch hub with a hammer. It could be that the inner splines of the clutch hub are a stuck to the primary transmission shaft. behind the inner clutch basket there's a two U shaped locking shims and a locking washer that holds them in place. Remove those and the outer clutch basket should slide right off.
