How to drain tank on 390 with subframe tank fitted.

Hi everyone,

I would like to drain my tank, but simply pulling it out won't work as I also have a 70 degrees racing subframe tank installed. Is there any way to drain via the quick release valve installed after the filter? Any other suggestions?

You could connect a tube to the quick connect and hit the starter button. The fuel pump will pump the remaining fuel out of botch tanks IN THEORY.

For this purpose I connected the subframe tank via an accessible quick connect to my main tank, this way I can drain the front or rear independently.

Buy a quick connect coupling. Add hoses to them and use them after you disconnected the subframes coupling. Should slowly drain both tanks.
