How to adjust rear spring on a 390

Guys sorry if this question has been asked before
But how do you adjust sag on a fe 390
Can’t get a tool in to adjust the spring.
Do I need to take the rear suspension out to adjust the sag?
Or is there another way?

put it on a stand so the rear wheel dangles down. can you see the allen screw in the preload ring? undo it, loosen it off. grab the whole spring with two hands and turn it, it will go round and take the preload ring with it.

that is how you adjust the sag.

was the real question; how do i set the SAG?
