How is your kickstand spring?

I ordered an aftermarket kickstand and noticed it came with two springs. Curious if anyone's 70 degree bikes came with the small spring inside of the larger one? And what is your orientation of the larger spring's hook, rightside up or down, since each side of the big spring is different.

Help if someone posts a pic.

Double spring the small one inserted inside the large one, serves to prevent the kickstand bouncing too much when closed
