He wasn't going easy on the CR 500, as you can hear by the movie, he was pushing all the revs on the available circuit straights ..

I also rode that CR 500 ( have onboard videos on my YouTube channel aswell ), the bike is powerful, but it didn't felt more powerful than my Husaberg 650 ( 60 rwhp @ 7500rpm @ dyno )

The guy on this particular video, has a GAS GAS 300 so he knows how to push a 2-Stroke ..

The CR 500 has complete FMF pipe, jetting and aftermarket reeds, I put these videos on YouTube for people once and for all understand that a stock or with minor modifications is not the MYTH of monstruous performance bike ..

Although, the engine has great potential to be tuned to +90 hp .. but with big bore kit, reving +9000rpm, CR 250 ignition, custom pipe, bigger compression ratio etc etc ..
