High Altitude Jetting Question

Need some suggestions on jetting my 02 400E for altitudes of 10k - 12k.

Normally ride at sea level but heading to the mountains in two days.

Help?

Let me start by saying that I am not a jetting expert. I think I would start by droping the main and the pilot 2 sizes and dropping the needle 1 step.
Perhaps we can get some input from a few people that ride at that altitude.

i've helped jet many bikes on TT at this altitude so if i may.....

just drop the bike 10 on the MJ and this will lean off the bike right down to tickover. the only other thing if you were being mega choosy that i would do is get a fatter needle. to do this you simply add one letter to the last suffix and do nothing else.

so EKP = EKQ
DMR = DMS etc etc

this will be enough.

Since the pilot jets seem to be lean from the factory, the bike will probably be almost perfect at 10,000 feet.
