I did a load of work on mine. There would be an old thread here dedicated to it in suspension somewhere. Mine was a 2009 FE570e. Basically, I had to put a far heavier spring on it, I weigh the same at 95kg.
This then got the rear shock oscillating on long fast corners, So, I started adding shims everywhere that were thin at 0.10 think both of the LS and HS type and in the end just green laning one day, the nut was ripped from the end of the shaft....I had far too many shims on and should have gone to some 0.2s earlier. it is I can confirm; underdamped.
Also, watch out for when you get the SAGS right, the bike is too tall at the rear and the (rear of the...) seat rises as you accelrate and collapses as you close the throttle. I put an eccentric bush on the bottom in the swingarm to stop this 'jacking'. it lowers the seat 12mm and made it better.
