Hello!
I recently bought a Husaberg 650 enduro 2002.
The clutch was disassembled. It's now almost put together but I have a broken gland witch I don't know where to put. Can someone please help me?

without knowing the size (the numbers are on the seal), it would be a guess. i think it looks like a crank seal.

Looks like the balancer shaft seal that attaches to the bearing / seal combo

You will need to purchase the bearing from Husaberg as it is a proprietary part due to the seal being attached to the bearing. The seal is not sold separately.

This bearing /seal is usually replaced when repairing a water pump weep hole leak (along with other parts).

Do a search on "weep hole" and you will probably find a picture of the bearing / seal in question.

this is Taffy: replying from Laxa, Sweden!

yes, it is the intermediate shaft outter bearing and known as the waterpump seal. it belongs in the back of the left cover. the part number finishes 013

firstly, if the bearing is even remotely a loose fit, you will need to glue in with bearing lock. you must push it in once and get it right first time. if it falls off - push the bearing out again, re-fit the seal like a tyre (with levers) and try again.

then put the seal in.

the other seal also belongs in the left cover and is your crankshaft oil feed seal.

Tack för svaret. Dock är det ju samma packbox på båda bilderna...?

Hello.

No, you're wrong, it's the same seal. If you look inside the seal you'll see the same damage in the two pictures.

So... one of your diagnosis was correct.
It's the seal that is attached to the water pump bearing. [emoji106]
