My husabergs rockerarm rollers said kaput and i need newones.. i asked these from reseller but they couldnt order them from importer. Do you know where i can get these?

In 2003 the rockers were changed to use a slightly larger needle bearing (same size outer diameter) because they were prone to failure.

I think you can use the 03 or 04-08 Husaberg rockers. You may have to drill a oil jet hole in them to match your rockers. Then you can easily replace the cam follower bearings with the available new type whenever needed as they are still available from Husaberg or KTM I believe. KTM rockers from the RFS motor may also fit and save you some coin. See the KTM manual for the 2007 525 that is

Hopefully Taffy et al will come along and provide exact fitment information for you.

Do a search on this site and you will find a wealth of information to study.

I have them in stock.

how many boxes of them would you like mate?

I actually checked your site first and looked under cylinder head. I now see that they are under "bearings and bushes".

Good to know that you have them !

Awesome, so taffy do you have these 2000 parts or 2003-->? And if you have whichone do you recommend? Original or newer that lasts longer but maybe have to do some modify? If i understood right :D

just keep putting in the old 7.8mm style. file the inside faces of the rocker arm fork to get rid of the grooves - even if you take out 0.2mm or more!

you want clean sides.

then get a DVSK from me with the fitting instructions. my kits are lighter than KTM sets when shimmed correctly although more money. I still sell them because people still want them.

you will nee to use a rotary file in and around the rocker box and cylinder head area (cam box side). do the tappet pads and nuts while you're there and then forget about them.

you won't even need to do the tappets after a while.

okay, i found them from your webstore :D i have to admit that i didint understand even half what you said. what is dvsk? :D it would be so much easier if my motherloungage would be english but no.. :D

DVSK is Dual Valve Spring kit

specs and pricing of the different sets here,

http://husaberg.org/mechanical/10680-all-about-valve-springs-nice-pics.html

The UK set has 4lbs less seated force than the KTM set if you put 0.1mm thick shims under them instead of a valve spring seat.

if you put the same 0.1mm shims under the KTM DVSK instead of their spring seat the seated force is the same as the UK set... they are essentially the same springs of the same weight but the UK set costs nearly double and comes with 0.1mm shims instead of spring seats

this "lighter" seated force is still 4lbs more than the oem conicals and kibblewhites installed in the same space

the kibblewites if "shimmed correctly" are 16lbs less again = best set to get
