Help me understand fuel injection

I just bought a new '09 FE450. I am coming off a KTM 450EXC.(Time to sell all that orange riding gear) I am accustomed to doing my own wrenching and I had a shop manual for the KTM and the help of another website to deal with any problems that were not in the manual.
I know nothing about fuel injection. Can someone recommend a source of info that would be helpfull (in addition to this site of course). How about a workshop manual for the bike? Does husaberg or their dealers sell them?

Because I'm the first to react to your message it's up to me to give you a big welcome to this community.
Your friendly neighborhood dealer should be able to help you out with this. In my part of the world (Portugal) the RM (Repair Manual) is not available for download anymore through the dealer-net. It used to be available but now I only find a JPEG file.

On the bright side: so far my Berg's haven't given me any trouble to this day. Well.... that is apart from the 570 but that bike has been seeing a lot of water lately as we are experiencing a very wet winter.
Tomorrow I will check the big baby out. I'm hoping for a corroded contact.
