Hi I’m working on a 1992 Husaberg fe350 and ran into a problem the threads on one of the valve adjustment bolts are in pretty bad shape. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get a new exhaust valve rocker for it. If not could I take it to a machinist and get a helicoil of the same sized thread installed and would it still have the same strength in order to work properly?

Motohead, I sell M7 tappet pads and nuts so you would drill out to 6.25mm and then tap the holes to M7. do an imperial to metric check and see if you can buy 6.25-6.5mm but in imperial.

I also do the rocker bishes too. and the rocker shafts.

I suppose you've **** yourself over this one have you?

OK, I just set you a little tease, I couldn't help it! I like to see the energy drain out of people when I explain in simplistic terms what to do and watch the pee running down their leg.

1/4" drill bit is the equivalent of 6.35mm and is therefore PERFECT.
