Welcome - you'll love it! I have a 2011 FE390 and my son-in-law has a 2010 FE390. We ride the mountains of Colorado where I live and love these bikes. It is truly the best trail bike I have ever owned. We get about 100 miles per tank (we ride conservatively) so when we take trips we carry extra fuel in 1 gallon Rotopax brand plastic cans- bungeed to the bike just rear of the seat. The plastic subframe won't carry weight, so we carry small duffels on the back of the seat and also backpacks. In a four day trip in Sept. 2018 we learned that the seats are HARD!!! Not surprising, it's a competition bike. But adding a Seat Concepts aftermarket foam and cover to the the factory seat pan does wonders for longer trips. Even day trips (8-10 hours) are a "pain" on the factory seat. (I'm 71 years old and I sit a lot.) Keep the oil fresh and use "Wetter Water" in the radiator. I also like the "over the fuel tank/under the seat" heat blanket - I actually boiled the fuel on a 90F degree day!. Enjoy your new treasure!!!
