Finally installing grip heaters (KTM branded ones) on my 2011 FE570
Have done some research on where to get power but there doesn't seem to be a consensus
Anyone willing to share their experience?

I don't remember where I picked up power, but I did research the wiring diagram and picked one of the fuses that is less critical. If the grips blow the fuse, I still want to be able to ride the bike. So pick a circuit that has less critical functionality - like lights.

On my kid's bike I hooked it to the headlight power and tell them not to run the headlight and the heaters at the same time. That bike doesn't have the power to drive both simultaneously like the Berg does. We don't ride at night, so it has worked out okay.

On my Aus spec 390 (similar wiring) I used the blue/yellow feed to the indicator relay (the indicators had been removed as surplus to requirements)!
The heated grips have been great

Thanks DeeG.
Yes, the headlight power wire is currently my #1 choice but would hate to have it blow at night

Thank you as well Mudeevee
I found the yellow/blue wire but it looked a little wimpy
Guess I would rather lose the blinkers than headlight...
