A clutch that does not entirely disengage means the plates are not moved enough. I had to rebuild (I.e. new o-ring) the slave cilinder before it would work properly again. Air in the circuit could also be the cause, could be solved by renewing the fluid and getting all air out.

quick update again guys. ill soon start posting pics etc. I checked the counter sprocket and slave cyl. they BOTH seem to be leaking. the slave cylinder gasket was like only 3/4 there. so i ordered the gasket and o ring for slave as well as ktm rebuild kit for counter sprocket. will update. as for rad leak, it is a hose by the temp sensor. i plan to cut the end of the hose to shorten it and reattach. should work instead of buying a whole new hose.
