Has anyone tried using the Baja Designs KTM headlight upgrade? In a nutshell it replaces the stock light with an halogen H4 unit which fits into the stock shell. I know from comparing my 2002 Husaberg shell to my brothers 2003 KTM that it will fit, the question is will the SEM run a 55/60 watt bulb?

Any halogen headlight upgrade to a HID kit would be very nice. Tis a shame the Baja kit costs $400.
I have a $199 HID kit on my CBR1000RR and the light it puts out is just awesome compared to standard halogens. Makes riding at night much more safe and enjoyable.

Trailtech sells an eight inch round aluminum framed unit,
cost for halogen unit is 250.00 cost for hid unit is 475.00 from me.
