Has your speedometer/computer gone out?

My 2011's computer never worked when I bought it. I've replaced internal battery and checked wiring and nothing. Is this common, and what is the fix? I can't see paying $250 for an OEM unit.

I'm running Flexx Bars and wonder if anyone has an aftermarket computer mounted, and even better, with Flexx bars?

Have you checked to see if still magnet on the front disc? If you unit is working in low light a backlight will come on.

I run flex bars & a Trail Tech Voyager speedo unit ... I bought the mounting plate with the speedo & also modified the original speedo mount so that FI & indicator warning lights are still visible ... it all works & fits perfectly.

I’ve also added an MSC steering damper ... everything fits neatly, it’s an under the bar mounting system ... which raises the bars 45mm from the top triple clamp.

I would love to see pics showing how yours is mounted. How is there room to view the computer in front of the bars with the numberplate or headlight snugged up against that area?
