New old member, with a new old FE600:) It`s a 2000 m/y, with very little known history, but works just fine. Well, almost... The clutch is dragging ever so slightly; not enough for the bike to creep forward, but it certainly puts up a fight if I try to pull the bike rearwards (first gear engaged, clutch disengaged). Not to mention trying to find neutral at a standstill... Are there any adjustments? I`ve read elsewhere it seems a common problem?

Also, I`d like to get an owners manual and a workshop manual, any sources?

And of course; any tips`n hints regarding the use and maintenance most welcome! :)

Regards,
Tore

neutral is a bich because of the serrations in the clutch drum in the middle. I do a conversion kit for anything from 1997 to the 2002 models.

the second reason is that the selector fork gets burrs on them on both the static plate and the to-and-fro plate. get rid of these, they look like a boxer's nose.

regards

Taffy

Welcome!,

manuals are in the "Service Manuals" subforum - link in left bar of front page!, - plus some more shared on Google Drive. I'm on mobile so have a hard time digging up link but you'll probably find it if you search!, or someone will post it :)
