Gets hot won't run.

Hi,

I have an fe450 with a gremlin I cannot find.
It will run fine,you stop for a break and the fuel pump won't kick in.
So I have replaced the fuel pump still did it,replaced the whole wiring loom but went out today and it did it again.
Got home and it fired up again.

Starting to **** me.

Any ideas would be great.

Thinking maybe stator or ecu.

Could also be a faulty fuel pump relay?

Do you also loose spark when this happens? Fuel pump will stop if fuel is pressured up and not flowing through the injector so pump wont run unless pressure is released. Could your injector be failing when hot, ecu not sending pulse to injector? This is a hard one if you cant fault it all the time. If you can run it at home and fail it then start checking everything you can think of when it faults and log it.

New pump, New harness ?
