You have short somewhere...You need to trace the wiring for the fuel pump. Has been posting of the fuel pump connectors in the tank coming off but not shorting so maybe a wire shorting to earth in the loom???
i had a problem with the fuel pump wire resting on the mid pipe heat shield, melted and shorted causing blown fuse on 2010 fe390
Cause the fuel pump wires attached to the exhaust pipe so that the cord melted, causing a short circuit.Similar threads
